I actually made an account there roughly two weeks ago after seeing some chatter about their UK registration process. The initial sign-up went smooth, though they did ask for standard ID proof before my first cashout. If you want to review their terms directly, you can check https://woolbetcasino.uk/ for UK players which details their whole license setup. My first withdrawal took around forty minutes to hit my crypto wallet, so your friend’s story isn’t far off from reality. The live chat cleared my identity documents pretty fast, which was a relief. Just keep your account documents ready in advance, and you shouldn’t run into any weird delays with your money.
