ZF 8 speed acting weird on my X5 when it’s hot outside, anyone else dealt with this in AD?

My 2016 X5 has been doing this thing for the last couple of months where the gearbox feels buttery smooth when I first leave the villa in the morning but by the time I’ve been crawling along the E10 in traffic for about forty five minutes in the afternoon heat the shifts start getting a little jerky especially the downshift from third to second when coming to a stop and there’s this weird hesitation before it engages reverse when I’m trying to parallel park, I took it to a generic shop near Hamdan Street and they basically just shrugged and said the fluid level looked fine and maybe it’s just “normal wear” but I’ve driven enough BMWs to know that’s not how a ZF8 is supposed to behave, my gut tells me the fluid is probably original from 2016 and it’s cooked from the stop and go plus the Abu Dhabi summer which is basically a transmission’s worst nightmare, I started digging around to see if there’s anywhere local that actually specializes in rebuilding or servicing these sealed gearboxes properly with the correct ZF Lifeguard fluid and the right procedure to set the fluid level at temperature because I’ve read too many horror stories about shops just draining and filling it like an old Chevy and then the mechatronic unit starts acting up within a week, I came across a mention of exoticautoservices.ae/car-gearbox-and-transmission-repair while I was scrolling through some local forum posts and it at least made me realize there are places that take this stuff seriously instead of just telling you to live with the clunk or trade the car in, so I guess I’m just curious if any other BMW or Audi guys in the capital have had a shop do a proper transmission service on the ZF8 and whether it actually smoothed things out or if I’m just delaying the inevitable mechatronic failure.
