Buying an apartment in Dubai for regular stays?

I spend close to half the year in Dubai now because a lot of my business partners have moved there. I'm constantly flying in for meetings, introductions, and new deals, and at this point I'm tired of paying for hotels every time I land. I'm thinking about buying an apartment and just having my own place waiting for me whenever I'm in town. Where would you look at apartments for sale in Dubai?
