I'm trying to get a better handle on the costs behind my ecommerce store, and lately I keep seeing agencies and tools talking about optimization. Some of it sounds practical, but some of it feels like another layer of trendy software and consulting fees. Roughly how much does ecommerce optimization usually cost, and does it actually save enough money to justify paying for it?
