It is definitely becoming a challenge to get noticed in such a competitive job market, especially when so many applications are flooding the same local agencies. I’ve noticed that most recruiters in these growing industrial hubs have very little patience for generic, repetitive cover letters that look like they were pulled from a basic template. Standing out requires a much more human and direct communication style.
