ParticipantOver the past couple of days, I’ve noticed that the food in the refrigerator isn’t staying cold enough, even though the appliance itself is still running and the light inside turns on. At first, I thought the settings might have changed by accident, but the temperature is still higher than usual. Can you tell me what people usually check in this situation, and when it’s time to call for refrigerator repair?

ParticipantI would start by checking the simplest things, such as the temperature, whether the door closes properly, and whether the vents are blocked by food. If that doesn’t help and the refrigerator continues to run but isn’t cold enough inside, it’s time to look for the cause more thoroughly. If necessary, you can look into refrigerator not cooling repair here applianceforever.ca and first figure out which malfunctions most often lead to this situation

ParticipantDoes it make sense to call a repair technician first just for a diagnosis to figure out the cause, or do people usually schedule a repair right away? And which parts of the refrigerator should be checked first in this situation?
