Dealer wants 3000 for 60k service – can I skip some of this?

My 2018 Hyundai Tucson just hit 60,000 km and the dealer sent me a list of everything they want to do for the "major service" including cabin filter, engine filter, oil change, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, spark plugs, fuel injector cleaning, throttle body cleaning, and a bunch of inspections. Total quote is just under 3000 dirhams. I'm sure some of this is necessary but some of it feels like upsell. I'm trying to figure out a cost-effective routine vehicle care Dubai plan that covers the essentials without paying for things that can wait. I saw Dynostar's maintenance page and they seem to offer a la carte options which I like. For a car that runs fine with no issues, do I really need to flush the coolant at 60k? Or change spark plugs? The manual says plugs at 100k. Has anyone here negotiated with a shop to only do what's actually needed based on inspection? I want to maintain my car properly but I also don't want to waste money. What would you absolutely do and what would you skip? Thanks.
