How to grow a Twitter account for ad revenue?

I make a pretty decent income running sponsored posts on Instagram and Facebook right now. We all want to earn more cash and I totally want to scale things up to grab new advertisers. Expanding to Twitter seemed like a smart move to attract different brands. My current strategy brings literally zero traction and I don't get why my tweets barely have any retweets or likes. The tactics that work perfectly on my other accounts just completely bomb over there. You guys must know some tricks to actually build an audience and get those engagement numbers up from scratch.
