Is VSPhone Any Good for Marketing Accounts?

I need to figure out if a VSPhone cloud phone can actually handle running several TikTok and Instagram accounts for clients, or if I'd just be throwing money at the wrong tool. My current setup for managing a handful of pages is getting pricey, and someone in a gaming Discord brought up VSPhone since it's cheap and stays online 24/7. That whole server was full of people talking about ping and frame rates though, nobody touched anything about social accounts. Has anyone actually used it for marketing work, or is there something built more for that?
