My 2019 A7 decided to lose reverse gear on a Thursday evening

Just my luck right before the weekend. Backing out of a parking spot near Marina and suddenly reverse just feels like neutral – engine revs but no movement. Forward gears work fine though which is weird. Had to get some strangers to help push me out so I could drive home going forward only. Been calling around this morning and most transmission shops seem to only do basic fluid changes and filter services. I'm looking for a place that does more specialized work like Advanced Transmission Repair Dubai because I suspect it's something internal like a broken reverse clutch pack or a valve body issue. Has anyone had this specific problem where you lose reverse only? What was the fix and roughly how much did it set you back? Trying to mentally prepare for the damage before I tow it somewhere tomorrow.
