Should I trust stock research on Substack?

I got a few stocks on my radar that look pretty solid right now but I'm super hesitant to actually buy them. My biggest fear is blowing my savings on something that crashes just weeks after getting in because my due diligence was weak. I really want to dive deep into their numbers and find some reliable predictions about where their share prices are actually heading. I noticed folks offering financial breakdowns and analytics on Substack, but are those newsletters actually credible or is it just amateurs making wild guesses?
