I imported a 2015 Suzuki Every (the little van) from Japan and now I’m struggling to find a replacement battery. The size is 55B24LS which is smaller than what most shops carry. I’ve driven around Rashidiya and asked at least six battery shops, and they all either say “not available” or try to sell me a bigger battery that won’t fit the tray. I live in Rashidiya so I’d prefer to find something local rather than driving all over Dubai. I’m looking for a Reliable 55B24LS Battery Specialist in Rashidiya who actually stocks this size or can order it quickly. I found Amaron’s battery page and they list this specific code which gives me some hope. Has anyone else with a Japanese mini vehicle found a source for these smaller batteries in Dubai? Is there a specific shop that deals with import cars? Also, is it safe to use a different battery if the terminal positions are the same but the CCA is slightly lower? I don’t want to damage my alternator. Any advice from other Kei car owners would be amazing. Thanks.
