Where can you check penthouse prices in Dubai?

I sold my grandfather's ranch in Texas and walked away with a decent chunk of money. After he passed there was nobody to keep the place running, and it was never really my thing, so selling made sense. Now I want to use that money to buy a place in Dubai. Year round warmth, a proper modern city, the sea on your doorstep, it all just draws me in. So I'm thinking about putting the ranch money toward a penthouse over there. Where would you even start looking at prices for that kind of property?
